Thursday night was a hit to the fund, something that seems to be dominating the pages of the blog, but that'll happen at times. The Doctor's MIA and I'm in a foreign country. The fund, however, needs to continue, which is why we're trying to find a spark in Saturday's selections.Those that know me know that I'm a fan of Seth Davis. It has nothing to do with his Duke undergraduate degree. The guy flat out knows his stuff. Sometimes he takes his ideas too far, but the baselines are always there. I've felt something's fishy with Notre Dame all year and I'm willing to take a chance with Connecticut -1.5 @ ND to break their home winning streak. I also like Maryland +16 @ Duke because of the rivalry's intensity and Duke's ability to make games closer than they appear. I also like LSU -3 vs. Xavier because I think LSU is on the verge of getting some national recognition. Let's hoop it up...
