A Good Start

On Saturday, Maryland was given to the public for the first lock of Mr. T's college basketball fund. They started slow and couldn’t defend the three-pointer to finish the game, but it was good enough to sneak out a cover by half a point. We won’t argue with a win.

Tonight I like Georgetown +2.5 @ Notre Dame. Both teams have something to prove after bad losses over the weekend. I went back to last year's schedule and noticed ND beat a lot of good teams at home. I still can't take them seriously after the St. Johns game despite the effort the Red Storm played with. I'm leaning towards the better team in this one. After facing Pitt's defense, Notre Dame shouldn’t give Gtown much trouble. The Hoyas can handle Harangody and the Georgetown guards are much quicker than what Notre Dame has to offer. I also think JTIII will have his boys motivated. $5 on the team from DC please.
